Tree Lighting Ceremony in Kent!

WHERE
Town Square Plaza and Kent Station in Downtown Kent, WA. (corner’s of Smith Street & 2nd Ave)
WHEN
Saturday, December 7, 2013
TIME
3:30pm-7:00pm

Winterfest, a Christmas gift to the community, produced by the Kent Lions provides entertainment and fun for the whole family. The highlight is the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony, synchronized with music, fireworks & lights encompassing the entire Town Square Plaza  at 5:30pm. We hope you’ll join us. And, feel free to bring a donation of blankets and/or socks to provide to those in need this holiday season. As the months get colder, this is one way we can bless those who need warmth most.

Featured events at WinterfFest (taking place prior to the Tree Lighting Ceremony) include: a Kids’ Mini Santa Parade via Kent Station & Town Square Plaza, a Santa House, children’s activities including Christmas story time put on by the Kent Library, live entertainment and free goodies from the Kent Lions & Foundation.
