The Medieval Women's Choir, led by notable Medieval music scholar Margriet Tindemans, presents "From Santiago to Canterbury--Pilgrimages for the Ages."
Join the choir for a musical journey to the three most celebrated pilgrimage sites of the medieval world: Jerusalem, Santiago de Compostela and Canterbury, featuring baritone David Stutz and instrumentalists Peggy Monroe and Bill McJohn in a program that includes the famous Palestinalied by Walter von der Vogelweide, O Jerusalem by St. Hildegard of Bingen, and music from the famous Camino de Santiago, the pilgrimage route to the shrine of Saint James in northern Spain.
